Giving Pledge Commitment

The Giving Pledge’s mission is to have the world’s most fortunate people commit to giving back in a major way. I am proud to join the founders, Warren Buffett and Bill and Melinda Gates, and all the people who have made this commitment. It is an honor to be a part of a group dedicated to sharing their wealth in ways that will make significant differences in the future.

The good fortune I have had in my life, like that of many of the others who have signed on, is due to many people and, quite frankly, luck. Sometimes I wonder, why me? But it happened. My ability now to be able to pay this back is important to me and to my family.

In signing this letter and being a part of the Giving Pledge, I hope we encourage others to follow in our footsteps.
